Thank you for our recent correspondence concerning the Goldman Sachs
deferred prosecution agreement.
This week we are drafting a memo addressed to you and DOJ consideration.
The draft to your office is titled "Memo #1" and will be delivered on
January 1, 2022. Meanwhile, this email serves as a primer to the
aforementioned concern.
*Below you will find extremely relevant information to Memo #1's
background:*

Mr. Marzulli, it is xNY.io - Bank.org's working opinion that the Goldman
Sachs deferred agreement is in obvious breach. Memo #1 will go into detail
(with backup references) to this matter for DOJ review. However, the primer
materials are key for DOJ notice of obvious NY-DFS conflicts to the breach
concern.
Please advise if DOJ has any questions/opinions on the primer material(s)
above.
