I feel worried here seeing "cannibals" right next to "John Young".

and I know it can really drive you crazy and destroy your life if gone

Just letting you know this seems worrying, and like action  would be
needed to be taken somehow to protect everyone: you, John, me.
Notably John.  I'm not sure what action.
