JFTR ... I like to tell you one more thing about the CCC.

When hacking became popular in Germany, in the 80s, real quick an
anti-hacking law
was passed. AFAIR We had three well-known hacking clubs. The CCC, The Bavarian
Hacker Post and then Hackers in Berlin, with connections, IIRC to Hannover etc.

The CCC became famous for their BTX[1] online banking hack, in the 80s.

Normally, one would expect from cool hackers IMHO that they act as, say for
example, Robin Hood and give the money to poor people or to bad people,
increasing their account balance and watching then what they will do.

So much for Hacking Made in Germany ...
