Let the record reflect Jim Dumb-bell Dolton has now washed his hands of ' Section 10 ' of his 1995 Essay on Assassination Politics.  His idea now boils down to a technocratic ' Black Box ' scheme involving strict secrecy and a scheme to be promoted by elitist specialists and apparently enjoyed only by the far-libertarian Right. 
He is no longer an anarchist, and judging by the Neo-Nazi criminals he associates with in the last few years he really hates anarchism.
