The below is an odd, and oddly sophisticated, mix of two particular types of propaganda:

 1) detestable anti-semitic "white supremacist"-bating, and
 2) timely and appropriate human tracking and vaccination warning bells.

It may well be a pragmatic attempt to simply get some conversation going, or it may well be a pragmatic attempt to create some "street cred" with those of a certain ilk.  In any case, the true intentions of the author are masked by the odd juxtaposition which he uses below.  Caution and valour.
