	contracts are not 'private law'. A contract is an agreement and it stops existing the the moment the parties stop 'agreeing'.

	actually I should rephrase : 'anarcho capitalism' is jargon used by conservative fascists posing as libertarians. 

	it's a mockery of liberal anarchism. Narcho capitalists want the world to be ruled by google, the catholic church and the like, because according to them those criminals are 'private' and can create....'private laws'.
