	By the way, if piece of shit grarpamp were not a US military spammer he would point out that in reality the western arpanet is going from bad to worse as it becomes completely controlled by google-facebook-amazon-musko-NSA. The western arpanet used to pretend to be kinda 'decentralized' but now the mask has fallen off.
