THE US is lucky it has such a great precedent for dealing with Anti-Vax Morons. In WW2 they 

rounded up all the Japanese-American's they could find and interned them. 

The other obvious analogy is what China is doing where it feels threatened by religious cretinism.

Because at this late stage the only really good anti-vaxxer is a dead one.
