It sounds like you'd like some understanding that you may not be aware
of anything I say unless I make an on-list reply as you request.  That
sounds pretty reasonable.

I feel a little sad, imagining us ignoring everything common between us.

How does it land to consider laying out a plan for the trade you
propose, so as to respect it?

I'm thinking a little also on how to renegotiate when needed, while we
are keeping away.  And back behind that I'm also wondering if there
are ways we could even support each other at a distance.
