There are brand new non droid/ios "feature phones" still sold
all over the place. There are land lines. There is not having phone.

The tell in some places will be people forced to have and
keep phone on just like border airports article, or to buy and use
tracker phone, or given free "Obama phone", threatened with
rubberhose contempt and civil disobedience if not, then jailed
or even killed for resisting.

Same for the upcoming vaccination programs.

Also search for the articles about ankle trackers
being ordered onto coronavirus patients for "violating"
self quarantine and going outside.

Variety of crazy plans making news clips around world,
though most won't end up in production.
