If this stuff was being held back for a rainy day, I'd say this is the
rainy day. The longer it is held back, the longer it risks never being
released.

Release it on as many diverse distribution channels as possible (in
digitally signed container files so as be able to show that it hasn't
been tampered with since leaving current storage).
