New York and other states outline their plan to mark
and destroy you for life with a non-deletable
arrest record published in city, county, state, and federal
arrest logs, law enforcement and prosecutor private
databases, etc... name, address, phone, DOB, SSN,
DL, plates, etc, photos, fingerprints, phone serial IMEI,
evidence, property, etc, in some cases DNA...
all the while trolling for votes and quiesence by doing you
fake favor of "not prosecuting" it.

And people wonder why people are rioting against the state?
