about actual legal status and legal process...

Presidential election”

No one becomes undisputed winner until all legal challenges are
settled, that could take months, and even reversals from future
challenges are conceivable. The Electoral College votes have not been
opened and counted yet. "President-Elect" is merely a formality given
on Jan 6th. Nothing has yet been "certified" by any body with any
authority to declare any Presidential Candidate "the winner". Nor does
Jan 6th take executive effect until Jan 20th, caveat challenges.

These outright lies being foisted upon the american people are appalling.

PS: The "Office of the President-Elect" is a legal fiction, a lie and
a fraud, concocted and propagandized by Biden-Harris-Leftist-Dems.

It's not about any particular candidates,
but the engineering, the teleprompters in
home settings, the hands on the scales,
none of which are your hands anymore.
