Perhaps modify that assumption of "highest and best use" to simply "use at the discretion of he who collected/ saved/ earned/ successfully invested, that money".  Those who fail to successfully invest, shortly run out of "capital".

A problem the Marxist millenial moron professors have is that they say "capital is evil, and so those who collect, save, earn or successfully invest money and end up with a lot of it, are therefore evil".

They thereby imply money itself is evil, unless they get it all and get to dish it out to themselves and their friends, which leads to war and genocide.

They cannot see their own hypocrisy/ disconnect/ contradiction.  They fail to present any coherent plan or system, other than fascism of the communist variety.

Pretty sad really...
