suggest regarding power10's implied Homomorphic Crypto speedups [1]...

that this latest marketing exposure around
Homomorphic / Zero Knowledge ZKP / Multi-party Computation MPC
will likely accelerate research in distributed cryptocurrency space leading
to more implementations of coinprivacy and chainless state databases.

[1] Current reviews do not yet seem to mention any
specific new instructions or hardware in relation to PQC
or Homomorphic beyond having 4x more AES cores.
