We can ask this - can our present "industrial society" be transformed into a freedom-upholding society?

In what ways can we create a world where the upholding of freedoms, and the willingness to pay the price for having those freedoms, is accepted as part of our society?

At present, much about the hierarchies of organisation in our world, as well as much of the technology we take for granted, is used to violate or suppress our freedoms.

How might we change this?
