	yes, it has to be modernized using new Advanced Research based on Intelectual Property created by US Government Scientists and Entrepreneurs. 

	Such modernization will be part of the Advanced Program to track and surveil Flu Terrorists using Google-MoSSad-Goldman-Sasch(GMGS) Technology.
