Just recently bought 3 in Australia's Illawarra region... is this wise?

I think that this kind of activity, bad enough as it was, will likely intensify
hereafter, especially by China, because, clearly, whichever countries come out
of lock down the soonest (and are naturally the most aggressive anyway) will be
those in the best position to take advantage of others still in lock down :(
