CryptoMe releases document claiming to be "White House Playbook on Pandemic Response"

I keep getting sent this from friends. I downloaded it, skimmed through
it, came to the same conclusion as you did. Does anyone here have a
summary of what's in here? Anything alarming or anything we should be
expecting in the near future?
