I don't know what that means. If a lawsuit occurs, won't Google have
to disclose financial metrics in court?

Would this mean that people should have the right to choose their own
ad vendor for YouTube?

I'm not a lawyer, but wouldn't accounts subject to frequent and
improper DMCA takedowns (mostly reviewers) have the greatest cost?

So Google will probably have to bill hours to each account to be non-arbitrary?

But I'm sure Google hires the best lawyers.
