https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Susurluk_scandal

"The scandal surfaced with a car-truck collision on 3 November 1996,
near Susurluk, in the province of Balıkesir. The victims included the
deputy chief of the Istanbul Police Department, a Member of
Parliament, and Abdullah Çatlı, the leader of the Grey Wolves (who was
a contract killer on Interpol's red list).

"Intelligence expert Mahir Kaynak described the police camp as
'pro-European', and the MİT camp as 'pro-American'. The authorities
pocketed billions of dollars in profits from the drug smuggling."

[The coup was] "...financed by cocaine traffickers and supported by
European mercenaries recruited by Klaus Barbie, former Gestapo chief
in Lyon, the coup began the rule of the first Junta of Commanders of
the Armed Forces, one of the darkest periods in Bolivian history."

Remember, any time some expert in "intelligence" praises Mossad, point
out their only public success against the Nazis is capturing a
bookkeeper. It is all incredible BS and only half of everything can be
attributed to incredible stupidity.
