	Yet the majority of customers live in the city. Also, surveillance in the city means surveillance when you enter and leave the city.

	Yes that may work in some cases. On the other hand if you live in a relatively isolated place then there's less surveillance*...and less providers of whatever you're buying. 


*and even that is debatable beacuse who knows what your asshole neighbors are doing. They likely put a few cameras here and there...
