Looking for more folks advocating Boston City Council President
https://www.boston.gov/departments/city-council/andrea-campbell decrypt the
Stenographic Record of City Council Public Meetings for hard of hearing
folks, for all folks. Currently the Steno is only made available .sgstn
unintelligibly encrypted. Public funded, the edited on site Steno Record is
more complete than Minutes, more accurate than flawed inaccurate produced
off site video captions.
