Guard of honour - Americans fly Russian flags and sail in formation with Russian spy ship - [PEACE]

"The United States Coast Guard has received reports indicating that
the RFN VIKTOR LEONOV (AGI-175) has been operating in an unsafe
manner off the coast of South Carolina and Georgia," with those pesky
Russian sailors waving in an excessively friendly manner to local
boaters as a few Floridian and South Carolinian sailors tried to say
"Spacibo, spacibo" and grew huge shit eating grins as their Russian
counterparts waved and said "Hallo" in typically thick Russian
accents, as they lifted their 1 pint (250ml) "shot" glasses
containing some oddly clear liquid, in the typical Russian salutation
gesture.

One of the Russian sailors was then seen turning towards and asked
something of the captain as they stood on the aft deck welcoming
their American floating guard of honour, and after a brief exchange,
the captain shook his head apologetically and the sailor shouted out

  "Sorry, cannot invite onto ship, might look like party,
   but please, have great day!"

The American coast guard literally drummed up a fear mongering
announcement in the middle of what was a glorious sunny day (pic not
attached) with just a few whispy white clouds and broad swaths of
pale blue sky :D

  "This unsafe operation includes not energizing running lights while
  in reduced visibility conditions, not responding to hails by
  commercial vessels attempting to coordinate safe passage and other
  erratic movements."

  The Viktor Leonov has regularly patrolled in the Atlantic and
  Caribbean near the US coast since 2015. In 2017 Trump actually
  threatened to attack Russian ships that got too close, but no such
  incidents have materialized. 

  “Hey, the greatest thing I could do is shoot that ship that's 30
  miles offshore right out of the water," Trump said
