While it is true that corporations (and limited liability) would not exist in their current form without state sponsorship through laws, there is nothing really stopping very large businesses from developing. So I think it likely that, even in a libertarian/anarchist paradise, things that most common people would think of as "corporations" would almost certainly still exist.
