True, the incumbent (((the Federal Reserve Banks))) wields
significant power.

Any expectation that a sitting USA president can declare its end
without massive systemic opposition is farcical.

JFK started to print fiats outside of Fed "authority".

So did one other US president - the other one that was, similarly,
murdered by bullet.
