Humans have an interest in their rights, including but not limited to
the right to freedom of speech.

One's beliefs are in other words, irrelevant.

Whether they know they have an interest in their right to freedom of
speech is another matter - TDS (and now Alex Jones) happen to have
become "rather aware".

Whether they support or oppose freedom of speech is something else
again.

TDS is strongly in support of freedom of speech, by everything I've
read.
