Yes Liberland has choked before when asked anarchist questions in
public fora about what it and its vision are, see youtube for those.

It's perhaps unfortunate that what may be the last $freely staked
land claim on Earth [1] might go to something less than anarchist,
yet whatever it is it will, at least for a while, be quite probably far
different than the model in any other country today,

Test it... move there, be some type of anarchist, grow a global banking
biz / herbs / free love / whatever, refuse to pay the tax or be citizen, build
nice roads just for your clan, etc... see if you get thieved, prisoned,
murdered, etc.

Either way, any sufficiently different model (from say "democracy")
that succeeds along or near the Freedom - Libertarian - Anarchist
spectrum is likely to create more demand for and flux to other ones.

With various plans for what happens after that moment.
