What is the value of the State?

That's good material, yet.  Think ahead to the next era:  POST
cyber-dystopia.  I.E.  the world fails and anarchy resumes.  It fails
too and new feudal bands emerge, violence, then the State re-emerges
to handle the violence.

The solution, then, is a  META-state.  A system of order bigger and
better than the State.
