And you see? Snowden thought they were/are 'illegal activities'. That's
what he gets for thinking. I'm SURE the finest lawyers the NSA could buy
gave all sorts of citations for the absolute legality

PRISM. They were/are too! I'm not seeing any criminal charges filed.
That's why. There was no such illegality (or for that matter
unconstitutionality... Snowden buys into the rich white men's rules) as
Snowden *thought*.

If you look at how the FBI sets up their Muslim Frames you can see
they're all good at the job, but don't concern themselves with outcomes.
Those frame jobs have a VERY hard time in courts with juries. Those
frame jobs are just as much terrorism on the Muslim community of the US
informing them to 'shut up and stay in line' as the use of Snowden (or
John Kiriakou or Manning or...) as a posterchild for what happens if you
don't 'shut up and stay in line' is terrorism of the intel community.
