AMT runs along ME keyed off a chipset (which CPU lines are somewhat
flexible in), usually marketed under VPro umbrella (which doesn't
available in i3, but is offered in selected i5, i7, e3, e5, e7). And AMT maybe
only reachable via LM series nics. Basically need to read the pdf datasheets
for the cpu, mch, pch and nic to see what they offer, in the old / low
end configs,
or don't offer in newer stuff like...
