Your tool, the one you are --hoping-- exists, does not exist, cannot
exist.

Different folks keep trying to say this to you in different ways.

Logically, what you want, cannot exist. You can't proceduralize
trust. Your hope to the contrary is completely ill founded.

If you can conceive of your secret handshake, go implement it, and
folks here will gladly game it (along with every TLA agency in
existence).
