Actually, people already abuse the shit out of the tesla autopilot feature... and there have been some spectacular crashes as well, like the guy who was watching a Harry Potter movie in his tesla when it drove itself into a semi and killed him. There was an interesting technical explanation for the crash, although "moron" probably suffices.
