Fascinating read this morning:

This reports the findings of a DLT trial for the financial sector.
Definitely geared towards wholesale payment systems (a world with its
own culture), it nonetheless presents a well-informed assessment of
DLT deployment challenges.

In my opinion, the main conclusion (DLT may not replace centralized
wholesale payment operators) was to be expected since the reference
used for comparison (i.e. Canada LVTS) is among the most advanced
system.

Secondary conclusions are less damaging to the Distributed Ledger
Technology deployment potential.
