Yes, the doctrines of equality caused those wars, but those wars did not 
kill anything like a hundred million.  I had in mind the communist 
bloodbaths in China, Russia, Indochina, Yugoslavia, etc, which were 
conducted in peacetime after communist victory was entirely secure.
