There are three police agencies patrolling the downtown shopping
district, and all they really do is keep tabs on the homeless
population. You can extrapolate on that as to the manpower assigned to
the 'war on terra' in 'Merica.

The reason there's no terrorist attack every week is because the US
borders are buttoned down so tight you couldn't get a tube of hair gel
into the states without spending a day in the 'green room' at the
airport or border and the only 'illegals' that make it into the US over
the southern border are the ones who pay well-connected coyotes to bring
them in and a few who try it on their own. Most of them end up dead and
vulture-picked on Tohono O'Odham land in Arizona with the Border Patrol
watching them die
