Then you're either woefully stupid or willfully blind to a few issues - say, the mass incarceration of drug offenders in the American gulag, and the huge amount of violence the black markets have created in Central/South America. So what exactly is your point? You've just established that effectively there is no ld50 for pot. How does that make it compare to alcohol unfavorably?

That's the nice thing about weed - even though you had a little panic attack, you didn't jump in your car and start driving, or start beating on your girlfriend.
