The scale of the violence is indicative of the company's desperation.
It's been reported in the MSM that the pipeline, even in best
circumstances is going to be a money-loser for investors, Standing Rock
was trending on Facebook yesterday with A MILLION PEOPLE posting on the
topic, and the contract terms call for completion of the Standing Rock
portion of the tarpipe by the end of this year.

About the water cannons... Let's clarify something here... Federal law
requires municipal governments, State governments, and agencies that
serve elderly, homeless and other at-risk-of-exposure citizens to do
everything possible to protect them. You can see that warning on the
National Weather Service Forecasters discussion page for any area of the
US under freeze warning. Spraying people with water... even using a
garden hose, in freezing weather, is a violation of federal and state
laws everywhere in the US.

I'm seeing a certain idiocy in the Stand Rock defender's approach in
that they seem to be relying entirely on bad pr for the company for
their pr. That WILL NOT stop the company from completing the tarpipe. I
even had some idiot on twitter, who speaks as if hes a standing rock
elder but isn't claim that the takedown of one of the munitions
suppliers sites by anon was somehow against the wishes of the SR elders.
The word "Annihilation" gets uses a lot when any other tactic than using
PR gets broached, and IF that's the only approach, they WILL FAIL.

They should have a battery of lawyers WHO ARE AVAILABLE TO THEM burying
the federal district court under a blizzard of Federal Civil Rights
violations lawsuits and emergency restraining orders/injunctions.
