The last paragraph is my thought on the topic That's what moderators
should say to serial offenders (according to them) and it IS NOT
indicative of any support for his actions. Although dev lists do
moderate for good reason occasionally (and preen subscribers for their
skills) , [tor-talk] is not one of those
