Absolutely true. But if you think Russia destroying the hegemon will lead to some sort of Putopia, I think you are seriously deluded...  All the big nation states act essentially psychopathic, fermenting conflict, ignoring crucial shit like the fact we are cooking our planet and humanity into an early grave, etc...
