	Ah, you are talking about things one can personally do online? I
	was referring in general to tools used to achieve political
	ends. Like, I don't know, if the only 'official' recourse you
	have to change a political system is voting, then you better not
	waste time with it because you will get nowhere. Likewise,
	expecting an anonimity network provided by the government to be
	meaningfully useful against the government strikes me as naive
	at best.
