My estimation? Yes. Absolutely. They are INCREDIBLY ham-handed and
brain-dead much like the Vogons in Hitchhiker's Guide. Yes...
Absolutely. Their forensics lab has been shut down and investigated a
number of times in the last few decades Yep unhuh!
