I'm there.  For me the tipping point was info on the CVs of the hit
team that took him out:  Nobody could have specified better candidates
for the exact job that was done.  I was already at "Jake is socially
awkward sometimes but never did nothing mean."  Then more recent
reports make the debacle look too much like hostile tradecraft to ignore
.

This is the first time I have seen circumstantial evidence supporting
my speculations about the CIA Computer Dating and Job Placement
Service:  A weaponized hybrid of personality & candidate matching
algorithms running as agents with access to the TIA databases.
Specify a mission profile and target, enter your billing code, and
come back in a couple of days to read the displays, tweak the touch
graphs, and make the decisions that require human attention.  Viola:
A covert operation that would have tied up thousands of scarce
man-hours 20 years ago, reduced to a work order format while-u-wait.
If the project fails, oh well, blame the computer and the "human
assets" fielded, then move on.

Oops.  If they don't have that now, analysts in several services will
forward my paranoid speculation to a suggestion box, and by this time
next year...
