I'd wondered about that too, so before posting I tried it without Torbot 
(for science.)  Same thing.  Intermittent errors are not an uncommon 
occurrence at Wikileaks, especially right after posting new info of wide 
interest.  There are many mirrors for when the .org site is down as well.
