Mea Culpa regarding the presumption it was Best's sig (it was an html
post with links obscured) but NO apology at all for the presumption of
'future rewards' or Best being a "Bird dog in a snipe hunt' who's not
cognizant of who the 'hunters' are... or perhaps he is.
