There's no doubt these particular criminals help each other both
digitally and in physical world. Criminal forums off in the corners
of the internet are as old as the internet itself. And by definition
they must be easy to find / access by potential users, otherwise they
would have no use. If the news reports are correct (and they claim some
quite specific details) then just as with the onion link to Al-Hayat,
there must be a publicly known link to said helpdesk.
So... big question... where is the link?
