So hold them in sheeple libraries and churches. Warsaw Hackerspace organised 
CryptoParties in the Museum of Modern Art in Warsaw, at a Polish Chamber of 
Commerce conference, in schools, in libraries, etc.

This seems much more worthy of energy than finding excuses.
