Also note that since power and cooling are in outbuildings there,
the roughly 3500 racks needed would just fit in the 100k sqft
advertised using a 4:1 floor ratio, not counting parity. Maybe tight,
but another 900k is advertised for support which could be used.
The bottom line is that 12EB is doable and systems of any sort
at that scale should not be unexpected there so long as they
fit within the known params of the site. And efficiencies only
get better.
