I cordially invite you to provide sufficient funding to all the 
freedom/privacy/human rights related initiatives that are government-funded 
today.

As soon as you do, please drop me a line, I know a whole bunch of NGOs and 
activists that would ditch government/EU grants in a heartbeat as soon as some 
other source of funding is available.
