Elsevier tries to Swartz Sci-Hub

Ah, that explains why it wouldn't load for me.  I checked & it wasn't down, 
just wouldn't load for me (screw cloudflare, I block it.)

This is recent.  Need to check to see when their hosting changed because 
until very recently torrentfreak was a site I visited frequently.

Damn it.
